Corporate Background
Pacific Business Centers, Inc's mission is to be the Office Business Center operator of choice by customers, landlords, and investors alike.
The keys to our success include:
- Sharp operational expertise We are a service business whose success relies on the quality people and the sharp processes we have developed over our existence. We have a keen focus on what we do and we do it well.
- Local economies of scale, drawn from our regional focus with currently 11 local centers.
- Global reach through our affiliation with the Alliance Business Centers Network, giving us access to 700 locations worldwide.
Business Model
Each center is a separate company, with separate ownership and capital structure. Individual centers contract with Pacific Business Centers, Inc (the management company) to bring marketing, financial, and operating expertise to bear. Pacific Business Centers, Inc will help assemble investors to take ownership of individual centers and enjoy the risks and rewards of the portion of our business tied to the fluctuation of real estate cycles.
Currently, Pacific Business Centers, Inc provides comprehensive management services to all centers branded "Pacific Business Centers" and lighter marketing and operational support services to four centers operating under the name "Bay Business Centers".
Separating the ownership of the individual centers from the operation of the center itself is the best way to maximize success of the operation to everyone's benefit. As the operating company, Pacific Business Centers, Inc can focus all its attention on optimizing quality of service and occupancy, which in turn will maximize each center revenues and profits.
We engineered a business model designed to apply the continual pressure of delivering high service quality without waste… so that we continue to be the Office Business Operator of choice by our customers, landlords, and investors alike!
