Both statistical and anecdotal evidences tell us we are winning the customer battle over our local competition (mostly Regus and HQ). Our first priority will always be to keep it up and to continually raise the bar on customer satisfaction. Beyond this recurring priority, one particular area of emphasis this year has been to raise awareness of our value proposition to investors, as we search for suitable partners to fund our growth. This has required us to develop an "investment-grade" dog and pony show while at the same time uncovering attractive OBC acquisitions and development opportunities. Results so far: three new centers added to our portfolio in the last 12 months (all exceeding expectations) and several deals in the pipeline. Next step: finding a funding partner interested in taking a portfolio approach to our expansion plan to maximize our operational agility and ability to scale."
